Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all diamond grading certificates and documentation to avoid a replacement fee.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to a shipping box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all Leon Diamond returns are fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
